Eurotech Product Return Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE!!! PLEASE READ

EUROTECH PRODUCTS ARE CUSTOM MANUFACTURED TO DEALER, AND/OR DOCTOR’S SPECIFICATIONS, COLORS, AND OPTIONS.  PLEASE BE SURE OF COLOR, OPTIONS, AND FEATURES OF YOUR EUROTECH TABLE BEFORE ORDERING.  BECAUSE EACH TABLE IS CUSTOM MADE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND WE CAN NOT ALLOW RETURNS OF THESE TABLES

IF FOR ANY REASON, THERE IS MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP ISSUES, EUROTECH WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO FIX SAID ISSUES IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR WARRANTEE POLICY.

IF EUROTECH DOES AGREE TO ALLOW A RETURN OF A PRODUCT, THE DEALER AND/ OR DOCTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO EUROTECH FOR THE INITIAL DELIVERY, AND RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES TO EUROTECH.  IF IT IS DETERMINED BY EUROTECH THAT A REFUND WILL BE MADE, IT WILL BE LESS ANY FREIGHT CHARGES AND A 20% RESTOCKING FEE ONCE THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN RETURNED AND INSPECTED.

LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PRODUCT PASSES TO THE PURCHASER AND CARRIER ONCE THE PRODUCT LEAVES THE EUROTECH MANUFACTURING PLANT.  EUROTECH WILL ARRANGE SHIPPING AS A SERVICE BUT FREIGHT DAMAGE OR FREIGHT CLAIMS, ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DOCTOR OR DEALER, AND THE FREIGHT CARRIER, NOT EUROTECH.
